CREDAI Fair Pro – Trichy 2025, held at Kalaiarangam from August 22nd–24th, was a remarkable gathering of the region’s real estate leaders and homebuyers. With over 40+ top builders and developers participating, the expo became a vibrant platform for meaningful interactions, new opportunities, and industry insights.

I had the privilege of meeting Mr. W.S. Habib, President of CREDAI, and discussing shared goals for the future of real estate and collaborative growth. The event was formally inaugurated by Hon. Minister K. N. Nehru, Minister for Municipal Administration, Government of Tamil Nadu, marking a strong start to three days of engagement.

At Stall No. 7, the Morais Group team welcomed hundreds of visitors, guided them through our project highlights, and showcased what sets our developments apart — thoughtful design, uncompromising quality, and long-term value. The overwhelming response, with a large number of serious enquiries, reaffirmed our belief in Trichy’s growing real estate potential.
